Amazing food, they took our order in English, were very polite, great location!

I asked to put my sandwich in the panini machine 5 times to the lady while ordering and she confirmed this. What Do you know ; it wasn't put in the panini machine when I received it. Tim Hortons you need to do better. Our orders are never ever right!!!!! So frustrating!!! Things are so expensive there now and the quality has gone down tremendously so can we at least get what we actually ordered!!??

Great experience at this Tim Hortons. The girl at counter was very helpful and courteous to deal with our limited French. Good was great as well.

Lots of flies, dirty plates, not fresh bread for the soup by the way, the soup is always barely warm, but it should be hot!, dirty and full trash cans. Fix it urgently!!!

Terrible service. One of the employee kept yelling at her colleagues. I asked for a grilled cheese and I had to return it twice. First time because I received the wrong item, second time because it was cold unmelted grill cheese... Service was very slow. Saw other people return their orders.nnLittle piece of advice : Slow is fast !
