Purchased a steep tea around 5pm today! when I took the last sip of it, there was a fly which came out with that sip and when I saw , it was a flyinsect in the tea! I called in to complaint about it and the guy who spoke with me named Steven was so cold hearted that he haven’t even apologized for it but only said that “I will let the manager know” ! I literally asked him again that this is really unhygienic and atleast I was expecting that you guys which feel sorry about it but still he was just saying that he will pass it to manager and will give free tea next time…. Like literally I don’t need a replacement I just want you guys to serve with proper drinks to customers as it is a hygienic issue!
Maddison was very friendly and kind when I came up to the drive thru window. I was pleasantly surprised by her upbeat demeanour as I know that kind of service is not often warranted in fast food as a former Tim Hortons employee myself :
There’s tall guy working at this Tim Hortans. He has very rude and racist behaviour towards Brown and Black people. I ordered my coffee and he did not call me for my order that its ready and It was not written even on the coffee Lid. Then I ask him that is this my order and he replied in very rude manner.
Had to wait 15 minutes for two sandwiches, and my coffee was absolutely awful. Everyone was very nice and the food was good though.
Worst customer service. No thank you no good morning no good afternoon no greeting whatsoever. Pay the bill. Here is your food. Whether it’s right or wrong you’ve paid. What happened to customer service?

I genuinely do not understand why this location cannot make a coffee properly to save their lives… coffee order is wrong & gross. Every. Single. Time.

Rude staff, incorrect orders, sandwiches made with very little care. Likely one of the worst Tim Hortons next to Ponoka’s.
Nice location. Very similar to all Tim Hortons. Well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. They offer full menu. Large area for standing in line and adequate amount of sweating for how busy it is. Overall this is a good location and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for coffee or food.
