I strongly believe that employees should receive training on etiquette and customer service. And I believe that the employee at the cashier both receiving money and preparing the service will cause very dangerous health problems in terms of public health. If the company has a head office, I would like to ask them to find solutions to these problems.
Good food good place. The maple sandwich and bagel is very good But there’s a Bad clerk Name Kaohika Don’t have patience to foreigner!
Visited with a group of 6 around 11 AM on a Tuesday - no line and received our orders in less than 10 minutes. Yummy iced coffees, Maple donuts, hash browns, and Maple bacon egg bagels.
False advertising. On the ad there was a pumpkin spice latte with a cream on top, so I asked for it, and the guy asked whether I want a cold or hot, so I said cold. Then they gave me something, which is just a coffee with ice, and the guy said that it's without a cream because it is only for hot latte. No one told me about it before, and I showed that I want a coffee like on the ad. Very bad service P. S. Came back after a few months, and asked for an iced cap. Guess what, the guy wanted to give me iced coffee, cuz he heard me to say it, when I clearly said iced cap...
Fresh and delicious! Always good to be at this location. Kittle busy but still amazing experience. Staff very friendly and always ready to help with choices.Recommended dishesMuffins, Doughnuts, Spice Donut, Pastries
Fast and efficient service, and great location. It's been one of my favourite places to grab a coffee and snack for many years! Always a neat place to spend some time!
Good to go during the day, but avoid during the night time. This Tim Hortons is located in a very dark area that could be really sketch at night with the people that come in. During the day, employees could be a bit more responsive, but definitely a grab and go type of location. Not overly great location, but will still do for now. If you're not desperate, I'd recommend the Union Station Food Court location instead for non-sketch and better seating.
Fantastic and a lifesaver. This place was the only thing open when we rolled into town and boy did they have a spread even at that hour. The workers there are so hospitable and the food is very affordable and tasty. A+++
They have started making their coffee in those huge thermose type coffee containers. I guess they will have to do away with there "Always Fresh - 20 Minutes" slogan!!! Just saying people! But dont worry I still like Tim Horton's coffee the best! : *wink* JACK
A Refreshing Sip of Canada! Having a coffee for a dollar, it doesn't get better than this! Although Second Cup is better but there is something comforting about Tim Hortons. The Crispy Chicken Wrap can be your protein goto with a double double try Dark Roast Double Double with Milk and thank me later. Quick bites and coffees are reasonably the cheapest. Starbucks and Second Cup can't beat their prices and what's more- you will find a Tim Hortons almost at every intersection. Must-go for every single one travelling or wishing to experience Canada! -SID
