Service - one til open on a Sat line ups out the door. Food- had asked twice for the correct donut. Atmosphere- ok but lots going on,Food: 3/5
Ordered through drive thru and it was the worst experience ever. It is the second time and the girl over there is very rude and never takes the order on drive thru window and insists on calling us to the window. We just say ‘hi’ and she bluntly asks as to come to the window. Never going to come over here.
This little Tim Hortons is located down by the waterfront near Sarnia bay. You can grab a coffee here and then make your way to the park under the bridge to enjoy it. There's plenty of parking and it was easy to get in a out. The car line up went quick and the staff was polite and prompt. Stay safe out there people and pandemic or not, keep washing those hands! It's just plain good hygiene!

Don't even bother! They had timbits, hot chocolate machine was down, out of almost everything we tried to order. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else!
I ordered vanilla coconut cappuccino at nearby midnight and the rude girl gave me just one fourth cup and rest was froth… Am I paying 4 dollars just for the forth…
This is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been in, across the country. The owners have given up and there is no one to inspire, motivate the employees. The need direction, someone to lead. Travel up the road. You will wait too long! Help your employees!
The employees working the sandwich department at this locationExmouth street and Front street Sarnia need to either get glasses or learn how to actually READ the English language! Ordered a breakfast BELT sandwich with SAUSAGE, but recieved sandwich with BACON. Can't even claim confusion on that one. The 2 meats aren't even the same length, let alone the same spelling. Very unimpressed with this!!
Well I would love to make a review on their products, but that would mean I was able to order.... Been in line 5 mins and noone has left with more then 2 items.... whatever happened to quick service at a Tim Hortons
I saw two staff taking out the garbage. I was impressed by their team work. I told the employee at the take out window I am impressed by the team work I saw between the two staff taking out the garbage.Food: 5/5
