This Tim’s has done a great job managing minimal staff and staying open to the public for dine in since new owners! They have not had to close for take out only. They are creating a Tim’s that we can be proud of for our busy restaurant! Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Orders are correct, and mobile service is exceptional! I recommend this Tim’s!
I love this Tim Hortons! They are wonderful here, they always make my tea right. The staff are very friendly , but the quality of the products at this location are far better than a few of the others in the area. I’d rather go the extra couple of minutes to get here. Personally LOVE that they grill the bagels here, the warm cream cheese is EVERYTHING and I want this to be a standard for all of the locations in Canada.
I witnessed a Manager compensate a lady that received an extra toasted bagel with no cream cheese and they provided a sincere apology! I can see this restaurant is trying very hard to provide the best service to their customers and trying to fix order issues when they occur. Thank you Tim Hortons!
Went in to grab a bagel this morning. Waited 20 minutes in store to get three of the tiniest pieces of bacon on my bagel. If you make your customers wait forever for a sandwich the least you can do is toss a little extra bacon on there to make their wait worthwhile. Once again let down by this Tim Hortons in the oddest way. Will spend the extra $70 to just go to the urban Parisian for the rest of the summer.
I love the staff here. They are so friendly even during the busiest times, which I'm sure can be pretty stressful. The new management is doing a great job keeping up with this busy location.
Staff is very friendly. I only ever go to this location or the Simcoe one on Highway 3. I had a positive experience at the Port Dover location today. I’m glad to see they are working hard on making improvements to this store.
Best location of Tim Horton. And the owner is spot on. Carrying about the customer. Only been there for a little bit but I felt that this is a location that is of service to me as a customer. You must try Tim Horton's in Port Dover; now under new management. Happy, friendly, welcoming staff; two or three open tills, well cleaned and no longer a nightmare drive through line. Well done to the new management and staff, I now look forward to coming in regularly : - Laurian Soper
