I had to wait quite awhile to be served, but it may have been a staffing issue. Staff weren't friendly. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot. Terrible waiting area/line though. Anxiety inducing. Recommend the drive thru!Food: 4/5
As a coffee lover, I recently visited the Tim Horton's in Comox BC and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. I ordered an Americano and an apple fritter, and both were absolutely delicious. Ordered a bagel BELT with bacon. Got a sausage patty and no lettuce or tomatoes. Not really a BELT then, is it? Didn't notice til I got home. At least this location didn't shove the card reader and all my food at me at once, like the Ryan/Lerwick Tims.Food: 2/5
Expect to wait at least 25 minutes in line before someone acknowledges your existence .... Then another 20 minutes for any type of food
Nancy, Roderick and 2 other OG’s that I don’t remember their names are my absolute favourite. Drive-through times are always under 2 mins which is absolutely mind blowing. See you all soon!

Always don't put enough sugar. I ask triple triple xl taste like they forgot to fill sugar machine. Maybe they think I'm joking lol Dietary restrictions: They have it so you know whe dietary information in everything I believe.
More focus on core products instead of farmers artisan hooey would speed up the drive thru
The wife wanted the chilli. So we went to get chilli..lol . Nice spot with drive thru and parking. Multiple stores around the area to walk. Coffee is hot , chilli was good.
With the pandemic slowing down I have started back to Tim's but it may not be lasting very long. I am finding a number of staff to be very rude and outright unfriendly. I realize working with the public can be hard but... Today I walked in to get my order. Paid cash and got the change thrown back at me. Hoping these problems can be rectified or that will be my last trip.
