Constantly double charged in drive through. Staff in the store were nice in the morning and very rude in the afternoon when I asked to speak to the manager. Actually refused to give me the managers contact information. The manager is really excellent to deal with, but this double charging needs to STOP!!!
I have found most of the tim hortons i have been at are amazing. I find the midland Ontario timmys on highway 93 by the mcdonalds has a lack of customer service they are rude and i wont go back
Best place to stop before a day on the ice.
The drive through was fast and accurate! They even got my mother-in laws tear correct so she was impressed! I stopped and got a coffee to keep me warm while we watched curling!!
If I could give this place a lower rating I would. Very unprofessional manager. Have caught her lying on two occasions. Karma is going to catch up to you Sue! Very nasty person.
Need to have vehicles drive the proper way around to drive through causes aggressive actions from some drivers just a sign on mall wall not enough
coffee was horrible. put way to much butter on everything. never clean their knives so I'm over here eating a plain English muffin with someone else's herb and garlic cream cheese. nasty.
Very clean. Limit of 4 customers in the store. Covid measures in place with gloves, masks and hand sanitizer.
Would not mind the lengthy wait if purchase order was made correctly.
