Breakfast of champions! This is exactly what Tim Hortons, located within the ground of Bloomfield Shopping Centre, offers. I left a previous review earlier, last week, if I remember correctly. The term 'regular' is often used within the coffee shop & food outlet industry. Within the last two weeks, I am proud to say I have taken this to a new level. Having been in Tim's at least 12 of those 14 days, on average 8-9 a stint, and even a fully open 07:30 to close 22:00 on one or two occasions, I have received nothing shy of stellar service, while I carried out my new working routine. I have witnessed 'true' and 'genuine' customer care. No matter what time of day or the situation I will tell you what the staff cannot say, 'the customer IS NOT always right’, the team has presented with smiles, hello's, pleases, and thankyous every…single…time! These are not hard things to do and say in themselves; however, the consistency across the team and the commitment to making each and every single customer interaction I sit with the serving point to my left, approximately 5 meters in distance, and I have witnessed 1,000+ of these interactions the very best, I can say with confidence, you will get some of the best service in this coffee house. Of the food and drinks on the menu, admittedly, I have sampled ‘quite a few’…don’t tell my wife that, though - apparently, I’m on a diet whelp, and each and every item I have consumed has been delicious. From breakfast to dinner and a few snacks in between shhh, the standard has been consistently impressive! The onsite team, and even the Area Manager Nikki, have all made an effort to make conversation and get to know me and share a little about themselves, which has been lovely because the nature of my work is online and the ‘real and true’ feeling can sometimes be hard to achieve. If you have read this review in full, I appreciate your time, but now, it is time you give Tim Hortons @ Bloomfield Shopping Centre your time. You will not be disappointed! However, if you are, I would invite you to speak with a team member and explain why because I am more than confident they will do their utmost to take on all constructive feedback and deploy where appropriate. I love Tim Hortons..they do.a great choice for people like me who.are vegetarian. Good value for money and the staff are helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere. If I have one criticism of the restaurant and it's happened more than once when I've been visiting, its that the tables and the floor are not always cleaned properly and the toilets were less than spotless. I had to.ask.a member of staff to wipe down my table for me.other than this.no complaints

*UPDATE* “I’ve given the food 1 star however due to the prompt response by the staff member Amber which resolved the issue immediately and very politely I would give the customer service 5 stars !” My boyfriend and I often come to this Tim’s and every time without fail there is something wrong, only reason we come back is because it is our closest Tims. Today we came in and ordered through the self order machine, I ordered the sausage and egg bagel and he ordered the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. We received our order very quickly and when we sat down to open it his pancakes came with 1 piece of streaky bacon! ONLY 1! So I took it up to the girl at the counter who was very nice and apologised and got it changed for me this time with a lot more bacon which he was happy with, then when I sit down to eat my bagel there is no cheese in it ‍ which if you know it should come with cheese. In this store the customer service is never the problem as the staff are always pleasant, I would just recommend that there is some retraining as every time we are here there is something wrong with our order.
Great tasting food and excellent coffee. Customer service of a high quality also. Got chatting with one of the staff members Alicia and she was more than helpful and very friendly. Will be returning again.
We picked up a too good to go box. The place was clean, staff friendly and the doughnuts we got were loved by the whole family Vegetarian options: Poor with vegan options but great for veggies
Great Price, food was lovely, hot and fresh and the selection suits every different taste in our family! Staff were polite and food came out fast! Big thumbs up from us!
Didn't eat but the coffee is grand. Atmosphere is ok as well. Don't like the ordering system, you order at a automated screen and the servers call out your number. Sugar and milk put in. Not a great way to do it but overall its not a bad way to spend a hourService: 4/5
Had a strawberry shake for first time. Love it. I don't drink coffee but tried my husbands iced French vanilla and it was lovely as well and if course the donuts yum
I have always loved the coffee at Tim Hortons vs many other big name coffee brands. The French vanilla is one of my favourite coffee drinks and the doughnuts are something else. I’m glad that they brought one to Bangor and the food offerings are something nice to try out, i has the katsu burger and have to say. I rather enjoyed it. It’s got plenty of seats and it’s a nice spot to sit in and enjoy a coffee after doing some shopping.
