I like getting my coffee from this location on my daily walk. There's an older woman that works there most evenings and she is great.
The 7 eleven staff are awesome but there is one elderly woman working Tim's who should just retire. She is so miserable to deal with. Scowls at you like you shouldn't be there when you ask to order and today I ordered a BLT after she tries to ignore me for 10 minutes and it came with no lettuce. How do you mess up an order than has every ingredient in the name of said order? I avoid this Tim's like the plague.
The staff were friendly but my bagel was super stale and hard to eat and my cold brew had more cream than coffee in it. I don’t expect much from Tim Hortons but I know it should be better than this ‍
There wash is always occupied by the homeless people and the staff washroom is used as storage which is beyond my inderstanding
although the lineup can be rather long at certain hours of the day the service staff were always polite and professional and always on point with your orders.
This location is lousy at service, on a weekday morning there is only one employee serving coffee, very slow service. And the grumpy old lady behind the counter doesn't help matters.

I love Timmies, we go there alot when out driving.
Staff was a bit frazzled n mixed up a few things..but I eventually got what I had ordered at no extra cost like they first suggested I do... It was their mix up not mine so they let me walk without the extra charge
