Staff outside to greet you, welcome you in and hand you a menu. Excellent self service devices nicely positioned in the foyer. Loved the menu in terms of choice and layout, we went for the signature burger and chicken burger meal. Lattice fried a nice change from french fries. Very tasty burgers and clearly fresh ingredients and freshly prepared. Seating area very clean, welcoming and comfortable. If felt more like a modern cafe than a fast food restaurant. We didn't try them this time but the cakes looked delicious. Handy drive thru as well if you don't have time to sit in. Well worth a visit.
Food was lovely but the place was a mess. Muddy foot prints on seats, tables not wiped or cleared the bins were overflowing and it wasn't that the place was busy there was about 5 tables being used and the druve through was empty. It's a tad expensive for what you get especially when McDonald's is a stones throw away and saved some money. Someone finally came out to start to clear up as we were leaving but we had been there nearly half an hour. Doubt I will be in a hurry to go back if I'm honest.
Donuts are really good, super tasty and always seems fresh. Staff are friendly and the service is good. The coffee is also quite nice. However, after a few visits, the store always seems understaffed and the staff that are working are always rushed off their feet. On my visit today most of the tables were dirty and they didn't get cleaned for the 30 minutes I was here. There were a lot of flies inside the store, which really isn't great. Kid-friendliness: High chairs provided. Lots of space. Parking: Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs. Toilets also accessible. All on ground level, no steps. Dietary restrictions: Allergins listed on website.
Hot dog was dry and tough, bun stale, waffle fries undercooked. Not worth £7. Service was friendly and prompt, place was clean and tidy. Only the food let it down.Food: 1/5
Nothing short of poor quality and terrible price point, ordered the pancakes and the timbits. Pancakes with Oreo’s were so rubbery they could have given my Michelin’s a run for their money, also not sure what type of Oreo’s they’re using but I’ve had more flavour out of plain ricecake. The Timbits were so dry, they must have been sitting all day, again, completely tasteless. This is my second time visiting a Tim Hortons, first time they opened in Washington and that was a disaster with their main food menu and clearly a year later, the menu has never gotten any better. Refund given, not returning again.
Friendly staff and clean premises. The doughnuts were lovely! We tried the igloo one and a Christmas tree one. The Christmas tree one had a maple chocolate flavour custard inside. The igloo one was the best of the two - Chocolate toffee flavour custard. Also grabbed a cheese toastie - very American or Canadian - I've never tried. Only seen pics! Vegetarian options: Cheese toastie was vegetarian. They also have vegan burgers and breakfast options. Kid-friendliness: Spacious seating. Large windows for kids to look out of and a lunch time kids menu. Parking: Lots of parking as it's a retail park Wheelchair accessibility: No steps on entry and accessible loos.
I have been to a couple of Hortons now on a couple of occasions with a couple of different people and I do like these restaurants. They are on the quiet side which is nice, more relaxing than other similar establishments. The food is very nice it is cooked to my taste. I have had breakfast a few times which is good for the price. I recently had a wrap which I did enjoy but it was smaller than I expected for the price you pay, a famous chicken restaurant do a similar wrap which is a bit bigger and just as tasty so value for money is better. I will go back and try the burgers my daughter enjoyed hers as a meal. Overall it is worth a visit, the coffee is nice.
Visited Tim’s today for a little bit of breakfast, got 2 meals with large drinks for under £10, can’t complain at those prices. Food was freshly prepared and tasty, coffees were really nice also, have the French Vanilla Latte it’s a must.
This coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! The service was good, and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. If you like your coffee shops, then this is a must. I really like the atmosphere and has a nice interior. This is a good place to take the kids or chill with friends. Drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. The staff are always friendly and nothings a bother. If you’re up for a fresh place with a beautiful atmosphere then this is a must to visit. We will be back again! Parking: Great location and plenty of parking right outside the cafe.
First ever visit to a Tom Hortons, and it certainly won’t be my last. Great breakfast, superb coffee, and the donuts looked amazing and will have to be sampled next time.Recommended dishesMuffin, Donuts, Breakfast Sandwich
