Good coffee. Donuts are not great. Bagels are good. Raisin bran muffins are good. Don't like the other kinds. Too sweet.
steep tea is so bad whenever i go there to get steep tea taste like water. Every time steep tea is bad. they dont make it right at all. i don't go inside. drive thr. people who works there are very
Fast & friendly service. Only had tea, no food. However, it was hot & fresh. Parking: There is always plenty of parking here. Great location just off the highway.
I regularly come to this location and always have issues with a specific employee that works the window. She normally doesn’t say a single thing to anyone when you get to the window she just puts the machine out the window and hands your order as fast and possible still saying nothing. Today this same employee was having issues understanding my order so she asked me to come to the window to order. When I got there she let me order one thing at a time rushing me and only took my drink order first then went to make them and when she came back to the window I continued to order my breakfast explaining I can went finished ordering, she then proceeded to say out loud “oh my god!” Then rolling her eyes and shutting the window behind her. Not a great way to start the day and getting very frustrated with her no patience and zero customer service skills.
I am very particular about my order and often make substitutions or give specific instructions. They made everything PERFECT. They were very friendly and patient as well as extremely efficient. I highly recommend it, especially if you're passing by High River and need a quick pit stop.
They never have what you want cuss they "don't sell it anymore" and your rewards will not come threw when they scan the card they tell you to spend your money again pay for it again in order to get your rewards

My auntie loves this place and goes here almost everyday for her coffee. Which is why it’s a 3 star usually the service is meh and the bagels are not that good unless you get just butter there cream cheese is just not good but the one thing that is good there is the hot chocolate it melts in your mouth and tastes amazing! But others then that there is almost no love I can give this place.
Kevin is awsom I was running behind Christmas eve and I needed 2 dozen donuts so I could build a donut cake for my husband's birthday because he did not want a Traditional birthday cake even though he was closing he got them ready and waited for me to get there. Thanks Kevin your the best
