after placing my order in drive threw I got one burger and the fries 2 drinks then was parked for the rest of the food. after waiting in the parking lot for over 30 mins!!!! driving home and making food then packing it to take would have been faster and i would have hot food. i had to go in. I was told my food was sent out and that's that. after hearing the frustration a second manager came over and said ok i will get your food. I informed her i wanted my money back and i would go without. she gave me extra food and 5$ back. So hear i am 25mins late with freezing could food no ice in the drinks and NO Straws! This location has the worst drive through that I have been too. Hope they can fix this? Got out on the highway and noticed my French fry’s were missing. The lady at the pay window repeated my order and said she liked to do that so they don’t mess up your order. Well the people getting my order need to make sure they put it all together and double check before you get your order. Phoned the store location, after about 3 min of the phone ringing someone answered the phone. I explained the problem and all the lady could do was say sorry. Saying sorry is not fixing the problem at this location. If I could give 0 stars this location would get zero stars! So it’s almost 2 weeks later and I am back in High River. Decided to give this location one more chance. This time I walk into the restaurant for my order. Well to keep this short it took them 3 times to get my order right before I walked out of the restaurant. I not sure if it management or staff or both that is the problem at this location. If you visit this location make sure your order is right before you leave.
The first drive through window guy isn't rude per-say, but he's not friendly either. I let the first couple times go but seriously?... He doesn't say hi or even tell you the total. He opens the window, he passes the card reader out the window, waits for the beep, and then slams the window without a single word. I'm not looking to have a conversation, but a "hello" is basic customer service. Also, when you come here, always double check your orders. Don't even leave the paass though window until you do.
Coffee tasted burned and very bitter. Such a disappointment because it took 15 minutes to get. The drive thru lineup was out the lot, so we chose to go in to get 2 coffees. There was only one other person inside, and they came in just after. It still took almost 15 minutes to get 2 coffees. The drive thru lineup was complete gone though, so it is clear that if you go here, you only matter if in drive thru.
Its like they make a game out of getting orders wrong. i dont think i have ever went and had them get a full order correct. i order 2 double cheeseburgers with no onions and i get both with a TON on onions on them. is it really that hard to read the paper attacked to the burger that says "no onion" on it
Should be rated no stars!! Today I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and was very disgusted by what I recieved. As I opened it and was about to take a bite, I spotted a blonde curly hair poking out from under the bun. Upon further investigation I found the hair to be embedded in the meat and cheese. I will NOT be returning to this location. Very disappointing, especially when we are in the midst of a pandemic and should be taking extra precautions.
With the increase of price of McDonald's you would think the quality would still be at least somewhat decent I don't know anybody that I would have enjoyed the food I eat there .Food: 2/5
Went in today to add money to my gift card as my balance was down to just over $5.41 Gave the man $20.00 to add and when I scanned my card the balance was $0.00 so told him it wasn’t correct. Did it again and then balance showed just &20.00 my balance had disappeared. Referred to supervisor who just said that balance was $20.00. Basically accused me of lying about balance I had on card. Absolutely refused to do anything about it. Said I always complained which I had done on the Monday when it took over 12 minutes to get 2 coffee’s in the restaurant. Others experienced the same delay. I think supervisor needs some further education on customer service.
Ordered breakfast, told to go wait in the spot for ur order, half of the order was missing. Had to drive back thru, get the rest of the order n I said the fries should be upsized because of my inconvenience of having to wait for an order that was missing half the order, and having to drive back thru. Just to be told ur order was this. Now that was enuf, uean to say u can make a small fry a med fry due to the inconvenience? The coffee was made right, yay. Really disappoints me when they screw up and ur made to rectify the situation after being inconvenienced. Sorry, but would have given a better rating is I didn't have to argue my point.
10 min for 2 sundaes. No one else ahead of me. Girl at window so bubbly and giddy, it almost made me throw up.
