The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because of the amazing customer service of the younger staff. I don’t come to this location often but every time I do the one person who stands out to me is Brenda. Not In a good way.. I am sure she is a lovely lady outside of work however she is very rude to interact with behind the counter. I happen to sit in today to catch up on some work, and the things I heard her saying/ tone of voice used toward the younger staff is brutal! Even still they carry on with a positive attitude which is incredibly admirable. The taller gentleman working on the till was kind, personable and fast. I only spoke to him for a few moments so it really shows how much of genuine service he showed! Most of us already know how hard it is to work in the food industry and be treated rudely by customers on a regular basis. But to be mistreated and disrespected continuously from within your team is disgraceful. Furthermore I noticed regardless if my bagel is double toasted, it’s always mushy which is weird, I saw her double toast it so maybe the temperature of the toaster is off? The lady on food was super quick and friendly tho! My donut was also very soft which I appreciated so shout out to the baker!

Long line in the drive thru, but quick inside. It was very nicely lit and clean for the seating, however my boyfriend and I didn’t sit. Lots of parking. Food was good, no complaints..Recommended dishesSandwich, Bagel with Cream Cheese
This location is usually a pain. Parking lot sucks, drive they is packed and people can figure out the lines on the road. Orders are usually fine and they have plenty of options but it’s just so awkward all the time. I believe it’s back to 24 hours though which is good
This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst one I have ever gone too! The staff are complete jerks so rude for no reason. The line is always so long they are so slow. Always have to wait 10 minutes to get through drive-thru or more. Don't ever go there if you're in a rush. If there was a zero star out of five I would give it. Always try to avoid this Tim Hortons if I can. They always get the order wrong. JUST SO AWFUL!
Hands down one of the worst Tim Horton locations along the highway in Southern Ontario. Slow and incompetent doesn’t begin to describe this location. The layout of the drive thru is just horrible. If there’s 5 cars in front of you, be ready to wait at least 20 minutes. I usually pick up breakfast at this location. It’s a 50/50 chance they get even one of the items correct. I picked up a breakfast wrap yesterday with bacon, only to find out they forgot the bacon. And then today went to get breakfast and got the response “we don’t have breakfast today”. Tim Hortons has been going downhill for years, and this location is a prime example of it.
Just was there this morning and they served my tea with only one cup and no sleeve and first time I picked it up It blew up all over my lap and truck and scolded me.. not very happy. $200 cleaning bill I see in my future and days lost of work
Beautiful and interesting mix of Tim's history of designs. The late 90s early 2000s Tim's Wendy's Combo but open concept with bright lights and large windows. Both restaurants are using their modern interior decor which still functions well together. Staff are friendly. Drive thru is busy but moves well.
Thank god for the ability to leave the Drive-Thru halfway. Just sat for 14 minutes to get a coffee and didn’t make it past the halfway mark. Unsure if staffing issue or people ordering 10 meals but won’t return.
They never open the front doors on time always 30-50 minutes late worst Tim Hortons
