Tim Horton

Very spacious inside McDonald's and KFC better start looking at the competition! The toilets are also very clean and modern don't smell. But the main thing is the food and my chicken wrap was delicious the chicken tasted more real than others and the chips or waffle chips were very nice, something different to the usual chips. Plus the sweet chilli sauce tasted so nice just the pots are too small. Only reason it's not five star is because it's too far out they need one in the city centre.

We went in the morning and it was very busy, there were two queues for drive thru and a queue to go inside. First time trying Tim Horton's for breakfast and it was ok. I would definitely go again to try their lunch / burger menu, and I must say they do have a good donut range. If you have a sweet tooth then I would highly recommend the French Vanilla hot drink. It's really nice but after a while the sweetness does get to you.

Amazing place! I've known of the Tim Hortons brand for a while, but to see it in the UK has made my day. Staff were attentive, the coffee was lovely and the manager we met today, was absolutely lovely. This is going to become expensive me thinks Definitely worth a visit.

I was excited to finally visit Tim Hortons as there had been quite a buzz around it opening. I was a bit disappointed as they don't serve all day breakfast. I had a tuna melt and lattice fries. Food was good but menu is burgers, chicken stripes, hot dogs etc. The French vanilla coffee was good.

Visited today while on vacation from Canada. The menu is much broader than what you get back home and I’m not sure I’d ever trust Timmies for a burger. The price is also incredibly high compared with Canada and service felt very, very slow. On the positive side, the interior is very nice, clean and lots of tables and comfortable seating areas. If you’re a Cannuck on vacation and looking for a taste of home, I’m not sure this is for you. However, this feels more in competition with McDs, BK, KFC etc and probably does a decent job of that.

We entered late and got a bit of a large order, but the staff were quick to bring the food! The food was very fresh, and one of the staff was kind enough to remind us that the chips we were given were abit old, and that we were welcome to ask for fresh fries. We of course asked for fresh fries, because why not, and it came in about 2 - 3 minutes. Overall, 10/10!

Food always good, friendly atmosphere. Manager pleasant and approachable and always helpful when needed. Cakes are lovely and so much choice. Always looks nice and clean. Have been to Tim's afew times with hubby and the experience has always been great. Well done Tim's at ipswich

Update: girlfriend dragged me back and they put real chicken in my vegetarian chicken burger, great work guys! Lucky I'm not actually a vegetarian eh. They were good about it and gave me another one The chain won't last long. The service and cleanliness is very KFC and that's not a compliment. Macdonalds is honestly the pinnacle of clean and rapid service. Tim Hortons is a third rate chain riding high on the "new factor". I give it five years. Cost me a tenner for a meal, the burger is distinctly average, single patty only which is inexcusable for the price. Lattice fries are so flavourless they may even have negative flavour. Make sure you get your free dip to give them some flavour. Milkshakes and things are the best part but even so they're very artificial tasting. If I were the franchise owner I'd be trying to sell my stake before this becomes a Macdonalds

Lovely fresh breakfast wraps and really good coffee, followed by a delish Boston Cream donut very naughty but very nice! All enjoyed on a relaxing and very comfy sofa. Also given some complimentary "Timbits" which was a nice surprise! Everything served with a smile. Will definitely be back Parking: Loads of free parking

One of the worst food experiences I have ever had. The order time was 3pm so not the breakfast/lunch/dinner rush. It took 45 minutes for our food to be served. Sit down to eat and the two chicken burger orders were both wrong as they were missing add on’s. Ask for the missing add on’s and told they will redo the orders. 10 minutes later the order comes out and one of the chicken burgers is frozen solid and missing the add on’s again. At this point we’ve almost waited a hour and three parts of the order have been wrong. We asked for a refund. We were given a refund for one of the burgers. I moved to Canada four years ago and took my family to Tim’s whilst visiting home. Very poor version of the Canadian franchise, especially as they don’t do all day breakfast. The location looks nice but bins overflowing with trash. My family won’t be coming again after I head back to Canada. I wish I could rate 0 stars.
