Delicious donuts and the frozen Strawberry Lemonade was amazing! Had to go back for more.
My wife and I love Tim's but the one here in Creston is making our visits less and less enjoyable. Some of the new workers need serious lessons in Customer Service and listening. Time and again, we're finding our orders not being filled properly and the lack of smiles, 'have a nice day' and general customer service is making this restaurant something not to be proud of but something to apologize to our visitors over. BTW...update. Your complaint section of your website doesn't work. How convenient!
This place has the worst customer service. The staff act like its a inconvenience to them that I'm placing an order, specifically at the drive through. If I never have to come here again, i'll be happy.
Friendly staff, clean inside. The drive thru wait times can be hit or miss. Typically you're waiting ten to fifteen minutes for two coffees unless the right people are working. Coffee is not always hot, and sometimes orders are wrong but overall good enough.Food: 4/5
Waited 30 minutes for our two coffees only for one of them being with the wrong milk so it had to be re-made. There was a young woman with a lot of luggage who had her lunch there and waited for a ride, then she got harassed by some older man maybe the manager as he talked to staff about the shift plan? who wanted to throw her out bc of her luggage, really rude. Don’t think I’ll go there again, I traveled through all southern Canadian provinces and have never been to such a slow Tim’s before.
Gingerbread oat latte was super tasty but both times I got it it wasn’t quite hot enough. Candy cane white chocolate was good too. Friendly staff
Worst experience. I tried to order something off the menu and they told me they don’t control the menu nor have what was on it? Not ideal, didn’t even make a suggestion of what else I could get. The female working the night shift should be nicer , you never know what type of day people are having.
Service was horrible. It's understandable that sometimes it's hard to hear in the drive tru but there is no need to be rude about it. My mom and I repeated every order multiple times again, understandable and every time the server would give us unnecessary attitude. When we picked up our order she closed the door so fast we didn't have time to ask for a sleeve for my mom's coffee and ignored us through the door. I ended up having to get out of the car and physically go inside to ask for it since my mom's hands are sensitive and can't handle the heat from the coffee.
Min 15 drive thru customers served before I got to counter and only 2 in line...start crosstraining your staff or put more on shift a Tim's with 3 on shift is just sadFood: 4/5
I really like chicken ranch wraps and farmers breakfast wraps. The staff seems to always be too too busy, it's like their annoyed that you came inFood: 5/5
