We went to this location for the first time. The staff were extremely rude! And the quality of the sandwiches are the worst! Take a look at the lettuce. The manager says it is what it is that what you wanted!! So rude to the customer. If it was a zero rating I would just put zero!

First time I’ve ever written a review for anything. The worst service and food I have ever eaten. I work 2 mins down the road and get a half hour lunch. Whenever I go to this location I’m always late getting back and don’t even have time to eat. The food is awful and never correct. Just close this location actually close all locations this company is an embarrassment to Canada.
If i could freaking give a negative 100 to this store i will ! We ask for a hot water and the dude told us there’s no hot water so instead I asked for a tea and said they have !!!! HOW ON EARTH YOU CAN MAKE A TEA WITHOUT HOT WATER ! I was told that he will call a manager but the manager is too cowardly face us ! HOT WATER ain’t big deal but the stupidity is ! Tim hortons is already worst and this people is adding more stupidity! We just bought a tea but no tea bag ain’t joking but this people is really a big joke! NEVER COMING BACK HERE WORST THAN EVER SUGGEST NOT TO GO HERE!
Really unsanitary bathroom open to customers, tourists etc. Especially in this covid time this is extremely unpleasant. Mothers, pregnant women, babies and elderly people couldn’t have access to bathroom quickly knowing going to the restroom might be an issue sometimes. This is unacceptable! Hope this situation gets fixed soon.
I ordered on Nov 23 at about 2:30 pm french vanilla.they said we don’t have FV . The i ordered hot chocolate.they said we dont have hot chocolate .then I ordered chai tea they said we dont have chai tea .then i order give me peacock double double then the guy gave without sugar .when I taste it i poured it down . What’s happening with tim horton services .pls i request to tim management that just look in to this matter about service.few years ago it was nice but when some people occupied it then it i getting worse day by day.
Daily go to place, drive through experience is good, they do mix up the orders some times during the morning rush , totally understandable. Polite and courteous staff.
The service here is always pathetic. The staff forgets your order at the drive thru if you order more than 1 item. Hope they improve the service.Food: 2/5
This has to be the worst Tim Hortons. How they have this location open is still mind blowing. Too many issues to list. Extremely slow service, rude staff, horrible quality everything. Spare yourself the agony and just avoid this place. There is another Tim's 1 minute up the street at Fruitland and Barton. If I could give this place 0 stars, you bet I would.
