Have been here a couple times, folks are always polite, friendly, and take care to confirm my toppings when ordering. They are quite generous on the first go without me having to ask for extra peppers or onions. Have never experienced stale bread or off food so far either. The one time they mis-charged me for the daily special they made it up to me by giving me a free cookie, pop, and chip without asking, insisting I take it. Great folks all around and great food at a great value, my sub place of choice in the creek hands down. Vegetarian options: Numerous meatless-meat style options and also veggie subs Parking: Parking spots right in front of the door, good sized lot for the strip mall Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to the sidewalk, level inside. Lacking door open buttons.
Went here to grab subs for the family and the guy working was awesome. Very friendly, polite and professional. Ordered four different subs and the employee literally made art, he was very precise as well as being fast and efficient. Definitely worth coming here great customer service and the quality of the food was topnotch. When looking at everything it was all clean and inviting. Very good service!

Changed my review because Ash is back!!! she went on a trip so she wasn't at this location for a while but when I came in one day I was surprised to see her! Mr sub is alright place for sub's but Ash makes the sub's perfectly at this location. she makes work look easy definitely recommend coming here but make sure u ask for Ash because that's the only way your going to get a amazing sub from Mr sub she's got a magic touch!
Haven’t had Mr.Sub in years. I was craving a sandwich today and thought I’d give them a chance. I usually order subs with 4-5 sauces on them but only a little is put on the sub to obviously avoid overflow of the sauce. I ordered from skip the dishes and when it arrived…. My goodness! it was just a soggy pool of sauce. Couldn’t even see what’s on the sub because of the amount of sauce they put in it. I just felt like it’s common sense to put a small amount of sauce on the sub when someone orders a lot of sauces. I tried to eat half of it but it was so disgusting. I had to throw the whole thing out and now my stomach is hurting and making weird noises. If I do order again, I’ll be going in person to do so. Wish I could get my money back though.
Went early in the day and though fresh bread was baking received the day old bread for my sub. Haven't experienced this before but certainly not a good experience.
Used the App to place my order for pickup. Order was exactly as requested and ready upon my arrival.
The best Mr. Sub I've gone to!! Ashmeet had great customer service and even better recommendations for which subs are great and what toppings are best paired with the different subs. Clean, friendly and produce is perfect every time. Thank you Ashmeet for making my visit great!!
