He assisted us with closing couple of rental purchases; the process was extremely smooth from initial meeting when we’ve shared our goals and aspirations to picking up location, selecting the right property based on our needs, negotiating the closing details to selecting the renters. Needles to say that he’s using the latest tools to sign and execute documents what was especially welcomed by us, is well informed in rental real-estate, and has a very good network of all important professionals you might need to close a real-estate deal; we used few of them and have included them into our professional network for the future dealings. Our family has used Tim Bishop to buy and sell our homes on a number of occasions now since 2007. He is without question the most professional and more importantly honest real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tim is a rare sales person who doesn't tell you what you want to hear but what he truly believes you need to hear. Tim also has an excellent understanding of renovations, cost and eye for decorating.
