Tilley Vancouver

I had a very pleasant shopping experience here. I had bought my hat and shirt online and came to the store to return an item. The service representatives working the front end gave me no trouble and were more than accommodating. I even got my head measured and they exchanged my hat for one that fit properly with no fuss! The poor lady had to touch my sweaty forehead (it was a hot summer day) and made no fuss about it. 10/10 would recommend.

First time shopping in this store and it definitely won't be my last,this shop has an excellent selection on mens wear and the sevice is very attentive and extremely friendly i purchased the Brave Classic Belt 001 i highly recommend this location

Great selection of high quality products. Staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. The return policy is outstanding and many of the products have a lifetime guarantee. The products are expensive, but worth it. I am happy with what I purchased and can definitely see myself going back. Tilley is a great example of what a store should strive to be.

While the word "service" has become somewhat of an oxymoron these days, one place where service is personified by the likes of Nikki Tilley and the wonderful staff is at Tilley Vancouver on Broadway. Many thanks for my entire experience at your store. Larry Shapiro

Excellent Customer Service including details of garment sunscreen protection and delivery challenges that needed to be achieved while I was in Vancouver for only a short period.
