Dr. Hou was our family Dr. and delivered our youngest 30 years ago. We moved out of province 18 years ago and now we are back. We took a chance and called our favorite Dr. We are so happy he is still practicing and remembered us and yes took us back. The wait time is still as long as ever but worth it. The best things never change.
Dr .Hou has been my Dr .for over 40 years . You are waiting because he also delivers babies and they don't have a schedule. He is compassionate and intelligent and if he is your Dr you are in good hands .
You don't care. If you don't show up at your practice until 11:30am why book your patients in at 10:30am??? People has things to do and business to take care of instead of waiting aimlessly for you to spend 5 minutes with us. I think you need a doctor.
Over two hours here on Sat morning but my doctor still didn’t show up?? Why I have to make an appointment? What’s for? People saying that it is normal waiting ONLY 2 hours......
Sadly, the clinic has no conception of time.
