The elder lady who works there today at 4:38 is pretty impatient and rude. Everyone else has been so far very polite and helpful. I recommend the locals in the neighbourhood to support this business since it’s good for our community and I suggest the manager to ask this lady to match the rest of employees quality if a/he doesn’t want her to spread her approach to other staff and lose business.
I was so astonished about the customer service yesterday. My Debit card was continually rejected and I had no understanding what was happening, but the staff was so patience and kind with me for some minutes. Thanks Guys
Shelves are empty
It's not a bad place, its for people bargain hunting and you will see some decent items for cheap especially in canned goods and snacks, but i had to post this because it's kind of funny, i bought this box of chicken wings for 6$ plus tax thinking i was getting a good deal but got home and found there was only 6 wings haha they were good but definitely would have been happier paying a few dollars more for the usual 10-12 wings, 6 isn't enough to satisfy my appetite that's more of a side dish. So buyer beware! But the rest of the store is decent.
Personally I think the Tigre Geant on Blvd. Leger is the best. It has improved immensely. Better quality products. A vast variety of products. Much more selection than before. Great and affordable prices. The staff is cordial and helpful. Warm and friendly atmosphere. The manager named Sergio is very knowledgeable about his products and is always willing and ready to help you. Great service.
For me personally I think Burger De Ville has the best hamburger place in Montréal The spicy fries r really tasty, everything they serve is absolutely delicious. The Staff is friendly and helpful. Great staff.

I ordered some items, it's been 3 weeks and no news yet. I emailed customer service and advised to call the store. I called and got transfered to the manager with warning that "she doesnt speak english". ok fine. My first instant, i spoke english, so she said to wait. That is when I realized I made a mistake ... but too bad she hung up the phone already. I am surprised a manager of a store behave like this. Very unprofessional to deal with customers
I was disappointed in this location. I went for kid pyjamas and there was almost nothing left in the kid section. I also went looking for a hand mixer. On the Web page it had 2 different types and many were supposed to be in stock but I ended up only finding one kind. Maybe a problem with the site, and not this locations mistake. I was still disappointed in the trip.
