Great service from our waitress. Nice place to come too. When you tell them the mashed potatoes in your supper entree taste “off/spoiled” and request a replacement of fries instead. Your told by kitchen/management sure but we will charge you $2.00 extra. Interesting response, will make me think about coming back here.
Today I had the unfortunate meeting with the owner when he parked outside blocking the sidewalk. He was rude and disrespectful wanting to walk into on coming traffic with my dog! I told him I wouldn’t spend another penny in his pub liquor store h his reply was he didn’t need my money and kept screaming at me to get off his property which he forced me to walk on as he was parked on the sidewalk and bike lane!
No one seated us we were told to sit anywhere but there was no available seats..so we awkwardly waited around..sanitizing could be done better as well.. Calamari was good..wings were ok. The burgers were underwhelming..the smallest underdressed burgers we have ever had at a restaurant! 1 slice of tomato and a single leaf of lettuce with a couple of onion slices..the smallest by and smallest piece of salmon..chicken from the chicken burger was nice and juicy though.. definitely not worth the price you pay..I make bigger better burgers at home : do not recommend..
Beer is a great price compared to other local pubs which I used to go to. I loved the breakfast poutine, hot wings and nacho waffle fries. Overall good is very good and staff are great.
I realize that your food prices have not increased for a while but it is unfair to your regular customers to increase all items including daily specials by so much...leave the daily specials alone...you are walking a very dangerous road...also, bad idea to increase your 0 alcohol beer...on a positive note, your 8oz steak dinner was excellent...
The staff and prices are great. Love the Tidewater Burger. Yummy. Pizza is not so good though.
A bit difficult to get to especially when Google maps says turn right off the bridge. Lol. You need to exit for River Road. Clean, bright, TVs weren't too loud so you could have a conversation, and nice server. Fries were amazing; fluffy inside and crispy outside. As a poutine they were good too, but had mozzarella cheese instead of true cheese curds. Hawaiian chicken burger was good. Reuben was great. Granville Island Winter Ale on tap is always a win.
Super affordable food & drinks. Portions were on the smaller side, but because of low prices it was totally cool. Philly cheese steak was delicious.
Happy hour menu is decent. Food is decent Great drink selection. At times quite busy, which does create good vibes.
