My family has been using Thunderbird Dental clinic and we love the way they treat us. Just recently we had our son’s initial visit to have his lip tie check as well. But the doctor didn’t realize the lip tie while she was assessing him if we didn’t tell her when she’s about to go. Her assistant actually said something about referring him to see a specialist in North Van which is really far from Walnut Grove. So, my son is almost 1 y/o and we expect that she will thoroughly check it but the Doctor told us to come back in 3-6 months to check it again. Lip tie as far as my own research goes better to be dealt with, earlier than later. So, I’m not sure if the $51 assessment fee is worth it. I suggest to see a pediatric dentist instead. And as far as adult cleaning goes, it perfectly went well cleaning wise. It’s just that we already note to our file that we didn’t want to pay out of pockets if it’s not included in our insurance but unfortunately, to our surprise we got charge for a scaling that I am not aware of. So, I will make sure next time to ask them what will be the procedures they plan to do with me or ask for pre-approval from my insurance since they will not tell you beforehand. This is just my recent visit couple days ago. Staff were very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating.
Awesome experience for a first visit! Everyone was very friendly. Communication from booking appointment, filling out new patient paperwork, confirming appointment & outlining costs before appointment was all outstanding. Excellent care given from everyone I came into contact with. I would recommend Thunderbird Dental Group to anyone looking for a new dentist in Langley.
I have had such bad experiences with dental work until today. The staff made me feel welcome and safe which is super important to someone so anxious about Dr's. I will be going back to fix all my teeth problems there in the future. Thank you!
The dentist and dental technician were very attentive. They worked well together and regularly asked how I was doing. They both were professional and had a smile for me. I would highly recommend this dental practice to others.
I started coming here a year ago. Initially, I was worried to switch and leave my family dentist in Vancouver since they had treated me for over 18 years knowing all my problem areas with my teeth structure. During my first visit at Thunderbird Dental, I had new x-rays done and one of the dentists told me all the problems I knew I had with my previous dentist. I was glad they were able to detect the same issues with old fillings, but also provided the same recommendations for taking care of my teeth. The dentists and assistant are super nice and easy to chat with. I had different dental hygienists during my 6-month check-ups, but all were kind and caring. I felt they did a great job in cleaning my teeth. I recommend switching to Thunderbird if you feel unsure like I was before.

Came in to get some help with a chipped tooth and Dr.Bhullar and Mercedes took such good care of me. The receptionists are extremely nice and honestly the vibe of this Dentist office is amazing! Fully recommend!
Dr Kaddam, her assistants and reception are caring, courteous, helpful and willing to answer all questions and concerns. Going to the dentist is not always a pleasant experience but this team is wonderful. Angela our all time favourite hygienist compliments this team beyond excellence.
Bad experience. I went to the dental office for cleaning teeth yesterday and my tongue still hurts. The lady is so reckless!
A pretty good spot to get your dental work done. Staff is courteous and competent - i like to watch tv while they do the cleaning - usually a pleasant experience! Super convenient location - usually they’re running on time for appointments too
