I joined a month ago with no experience in boxing. The staff and other members make it a team atmosphere instantly which makes you want to get more and more dedicated to the sport and your own physical fitness. Great way to challenge yourself!

I love this place. It's a small personal gym that has an old school boxing feel to it. The people that train there are very professional and friendly. Give a look.

No frills gym, very good boxing instructors.it's a boxing gym not a pretty boy gym. Much respect. Hats off.

A true "Boxing Gym" with excellent coaches and great atmosphere.....thanks, Alex for giving us a place to train......Mick would be proud!
