Thrifty Florist

I had never been in the Thrifty Florist in Shelby Township until this past Monday. What a wonderful surprise! Greeted so warmly when I entered, there was fresh coffee and cookies on the counter. Debbie treated me with such professionalism and all I was buying was a darling little scarecrow fall center piece! She didn't care if I was spending a 100.00 or 10.00! She was so helpful and sweet. I can't wait to go back there and spend time just looking around the shop. It has beautiful, unique home decorations and the prices are very good. Great assortment of greeting cards and even some women's attire! It was a wonderful experience!

I was very satisfied with the staff here and the prices! I'm getting married and I have been to other places and got quotes. Thrifty had the best quote it was more than half of the quotes that I had gotten from other florists. The staff there we very friendly and knowledgeable. They told use how to prepare and put together our center pieces and helped me choose flowers that worked well with my colors! I always recommend this place!

I would highly recommend NOT GOING through this florist! i ordered flowers for a family member who lost someone close to them and i had them delivered to her work and was assured that she would receive them by closing time at her work. Well after calling three times the order was delivered way past what was expected. If it was not going to be expected delivery for the time i wanted why didn't the staff tell me the three times i called that it would not be there at the expected time?! When i called to voice my concern the next day they told me they could credit my account but they would need to pick up the flowers that were delivered. NOT a good look to pick something up when it is meant for someone grieving! I would give negative stars if i could.

I have always gone to this Thrifty Florist for special occasions or funeral arrangements and on the last minute they have always accommodated me. And it's always at a great price. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! !

Was in there today buying flowers. Waited at the counter for 10 min ready two pay, and the two ladies didn't even greet me or tell me one moment. They just kept doing their own thing without acknowledgement. So I put my flowers away and walked out.
