Thank You for your outstanding and over the top Customer Service. I called at the last minute for a delivery for a birthday gift and the owner went out of her way to deliver the flowers herself! I am in North Carolina and was in need of last minute gift. I made sure I will be calling back ( at a reasonable time) to order again for other occasions !! THANK YOU ... Satisfied in NC !!

Delivered my flowers on the wrong day. When I called to complain she said, " well, it happens." It shouldn't be happening and if it does just apologize don't make excuses.

Wow this place is riducolas she uses kroger flowers when she runs out which is very often she dont order enough uses dollar store candy for the candy baskets she says people want quanity they dont care about quality. Really bad

Came in to pick up homecoming flowers and they were having a hard time finding an order for the people in front of me. I felt a little uncomfortable for the owners but they figured it out. No biggie. However, while waiting I was beginning to be overcome by the smell of litter box. They have a couple cats in the store and it smells like the box hasn't been cleaned in quite a while. (I'm being polite). I hope you read this and adjust accordingly. I'm a BIG supporter of the small businessman and hate to see them fail. I hope you take this constructively and improve.
