I have lived outside of Owen Sound for 2 years now.
I did not own a vehicle and didn't want to own a vehicle - however I had occasional appointments in Toronto.
Thrifty not only has been helpful - their service is par none.  The cars are new, clean and always good on gas.
No other place to rent from.  
Mark, Darryl, Natalie and Kim have been the staff that have made my travel arrangements and journey so much easier.  Thank you!
