Three J's Laundromat

Extremely rude attendant. Upon entering the laundromat (nearly an hour and a half before closing) we were scolded by the old lady behind the counter. "You better be done by 7:45!" She cackled. I gave her a look, shocked by her lack of any customer service skills and kept walking. "I saw that look! 7:45! Yer dun! Understand!" She bellowed angrily. Amused, I kept walking. The laundromat is a hole in the wall. It's fine, but old. We probably won't be back, but should we have to use this place again, I'll make sure to come in at 6:30 on the nose, with tons of laundry. 😂

For the most part, my experiences there have been ok but there's an older white woman that works or worked there that was rude & disrespectful and tried to discourage me from using the driers, claiming that I wouldn't be able to dry my clothes (I had only to dry them this time) because they were closing soon! It was only 6:26pm on a Saturday! Other than that, I haven't experienced any problems with the other employees.

It's unfortunate that racism lives at this location...coming into wash my clothes and attendant was discouraging us before we walked in it was saturday around 3:45pm and the attendant came out saying if you wash the clothes you won't be able to dry it? No hi, no smile Terrible!
