Laundry Magic (Frazier's) Super Laundromat

First time here, very clean environment. Super friendly & informative staff, great customer perks. Terrific prices fast & effective machines. Will definitely come back again & again. Plus if you send a friend or business they reward you.... How great is that😉

I do my laundry here every week ..the hours are good and I like the fact you don't need to carry 10 pounds of quarters with you to do laundry you just need a card that you get your first visit...the downfall Is more often than not they're are machines that don't always work including the ATM and the staff isn't very friendly or helpful..I will however continue using this place for the simple fact of no quarters!!!!

If I could give no stars I would! I came here because my comforter will not fit in my standard size washer and drier. Its a oversized king, so I decided to have it washed and dried at Fraziers. I paid the $20 to see that my comforter is COVERED in ink stains. There is no way I brought it in like that. This comforter was over $150 and was totally destroyed. When I pointed it out to the employee I was told "yeah I noticed that it came out with ink stains, but there is nothing I can do, we aren't responsible for items that are damaged from our machines, look around there are signs everywhere." I cant even believe the customer service, I got no apology, no refund, nothing. I will never go back here. What a joke.

Very nice laundromat, did some of my own special needs laundry and part of my wash done by The employees at Frazier's. Every thing was done perfectly by caring individuals who take pride in their work. Vicki Kayser.

Go there weekly friendly staff always helpful . Sunday mornings are fairly busy . prices are great and clothes always come out clean.
