I have been going here for yrs and never had a complaint. We were lucky enough to be home for Halloween in the park. Playground: Playground was fun, the kids didn't want to leave. Restrooms: Very clean always, also have showers. Dog-friendliness: Yes dog friendly Picnic area: Clean
Camped there once and parked an RV there the following summer and have been there for 2 seasons now and looking forward to our 3rd. Clean and friendly with stuff for the kids to do! The pool is well maintained and very clean.
Bathrooms were clean! Pool really nice. Noise was disgusting. Music blasting from every location throughout the park until 2am. Not happy! Other than that I kinda liked it. What I would do is space the camp sites out more
I love it here I’m a seasonal with my mom and it’s so much fun mostly everyone here is really nice and sweet!the bathrooms are super clean!movie nights are my favourite they’ll play family friendly movies at A frame on a blow up white screen and projector!
This was our first time at Three Bears and sadly, it will probably be our last. I've had bad experiences before with private campgrounds not enforcing curfew, and unfortunately, Three Bears is no exception. Myself and my two kids were assigned to a spot next to a seasonal RV, so we started setting up our tent. Not long after, a large group of people arrived and started setting up tents on the other side of us. It was obvious that they were there together. They started playing club music on their large speaker as soon as they started and they didn't turn it off until well after 10pm. My kids were so upset because the music and voices were so loud beside us that they could not sleep. The next morning, we called the staff and they were very accommodating about allowing us to move, which was the best decision, because we ended up next to a much more family oriented group. We were still within earshot of the other group, but no longer on top of them. On Sunday, we heard of other families in the area being very unhappy with the same group and nothing was done about the group being so noisy. They also burned plastic in their firepit all weekend, and the smell was horrible. When you go to the campsite, you get a list of rules, the first welcoming ALL family members and the second line says that quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. I don't know many children with a bedtime of 11pm. It would be nice if they would consider having "family friendly" areas or reduce their curfew to 10pm, or enforce the noise level somehow. I think we are going to have to stick to actual family friendly campgrounds like Yogi Bear or the Provincial/National parks until the kids get a little older.
This was our first and last time there. Unfortunately, we had to move sites 3 times due to our large 36ft trailer not being able to fit into the spots they gave us. After the 3rd try, they said well pick a site at the back and thats what we did. It was just a new clearing for sites that was never finished. There was no one around and if you like privacy, it was a good option. There was no grass and it was really rocky.
Love this place the pool is nice and clean. The camp ground has lots of things going on.
Great campground! Very welcoming. On site pools and lots of safe space for kids to roam around. Great to see families relaxing and simply enjoying outdoors!
The initial campsite we were assigned to was in the middle of a road, which we were told was not a road anymore but that still looks and acts as a road! This was very confusing, but we were able to take a different campsite which was better. We had a good time though, the pool is nice and Christmas in July was fun! If you are looking for large sites, privacy, or wooded sites this isn't the spot. But it worked for what we needed it for!
The park itself is pretty nice , it's very relaxing and neighbors around the park are very friendly. But I have to say, the service wasn't as good as I expected it to be. We were told that check in was at 1, we left and came back at about 1:10 and our cabin still had not been cleaned yet. My boyfriend cut his finger so we went down to the office where we expected they would have a first aid kit considering there is a pool there, and they didn't have a first aid kit available to the campers, they had small first aid kits that we had to purchase for $3.00 that included 4 bandaids, and a small roll of tape. Other then that the stay wasn't bad.
