Great place with the kids. My kids are 4, 8 &10 and they had a great time. The kids menu at the restaurant a fantastic deal. For $8 you get unlimited popcorn, a main, with a side, dessert and a drink. The arcade was well equipped, some games are out of service due to covid. I bought one $50 game pass for my 3 kids and it lasted about 2 hours, it was great. They got to play a wide variety of games and really enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be back.
If you want your kids have fun in a safe environment, Rec room is the place. Lots of games usually with 6 to credit cost. You can get the family pack credit for $50 which gives you almost 400 credits. Pretty much whole day gaming. Food is available inside with ok pricing. There is 3 hours free parking available outside.
Went for happy hour food and the food tasted great!! Good portion and made delicious. Only a 3star because how the service works for happy hour. 1 server for a period of time then there is no server for 30min cus of the shift change and we were not allow to be seated because of no server. How do you promote happy hour from 3-6 when you have 30min - 1hour of no servers
Great place to bring the family, or meet up with friends for gaming and drinks. Kids can rack up points for exchange for gifts at the Trophy Case. Adults can enjoy a wobbly pop at the bar. The dining options also appear to be of good quality, although I did not try them.
Fun place to hang out with friends or for a date. Would recommend going during the weekdays. It’s so busy in the weekends and you don’t get double the points when you play. Would recommend getting the bracelets so you can play and walk around hands free! Decent food options, with dining area and cocktails available for 18+ Also you can play pool, table tennis, collect points and win prizes! You scan the QR code for complimentary parking for 2hrs as well :
The value of the games was good and entertaining. I was surprised with how many games were out of order, but that's ok. It's understandable that things break. Better signage would help, though. Had some assistance from a Vincent person who worked there and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The washrooms need a little more attention. About half of the stalls had garbage or dirty toilet seats. Horrible restaurant experience with unengaged staff, dismissive management, mediocre food not worth the value and expect long waits. Took 10 - 15 minutes to be greeted by a host and seated, 25 minutes to get water, 35 minutes for other drinks and about 40 minutes for food. No communication of the long wait and ignored. Asked about desserts, got a menu and then the server never came back. My boyfriend ended up getting up to look for her and ask for a manager. The manager looked annoyed and was dismissive towards us not even allowing us to speak. She walked away and sent the server back to apologize on her behalf and discounted our nachos. We weren't looking for a discount just someone to listen to us for 2 minutes. Overall, will go back for the gaming portion and not the restaurant part.
Date night go-to! I love how adult friendly it is!! So much fun - it helped that I hit a jackpot Music was great ambiance was welcoming. General vibes were amazing, everyone we bumped into also seemed to be having a great time too! Next time I'd love to try their vr games.
Good variety of games. If you go with a group it can be more fun. The space is big and there is a restaurant inside for food. The prizes are nice and the cheaper points ones are really cute too. We didn’t find a photobooth tho, that should be added for sure. Also maybe some older games ? I don’t know if that is just the 90s in me speaking
Fun arcade games, clean atmosphere, good food options, and nice drinks. Like a grown up play place where you can relax and play games. The flying kites and rec room Moscow were both tasty refreshing drinks.
Went there in afternoon on weekdays, was not too busy. They got good range of arcade games. Have great fun altogether. Would love to come back and have fun soon. Highly recommended for everyone who loves to check out new stuff or even want to play classic arcades and have fun for a day.
