Threads of Wellness provides yoga classes & nutritional services for the Amherst, Lorain, Vermilion, Huron, Elyria, and surrounding communities.

Story

We provide wellness classes that can be held conveniently at our studio or site of our client's choice. These classes can be catered to any age from 5 to 105 and complement corporate wellness programs, school athletics departments as well as school wellness programs.

Our Yoga Teachers are credentialed by Yoga Alliance under the 200RYT certification. Nutritional classes are taught by a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Threads of Wellness is conveniently located between Amherst and Lorain Ohio on Cooper Foster Park Rd, East of Route 58 and West of Oberlin Ave.

I can't put into words the environment that tanna ensures, not only is it comfortable and friendly, but you are welcome-- able to open up and get the full affect and practice the real affect of yoga.

I have been attending Tanna's classes for 7 months and I have had an amazing experience!  Tanna doesn't just facilitate classes.  She personalizes yoga for you right where you are.  There is no judgement or criticism.  Her classes are fun and we work hard!  Most importantly, she has a passion for yoga and to help people love and treasure their bodies.  She is constantly teaching about why yoga is helpful, how to modify poses, and she is always available to tailor your practice to benefit you!  Thanks to Tanna, yoga is my new happy place!  I also love her Vermilion studio.  It is right downtown and very convenient.
