When your in pain and taking Narcaotics which you dont want to be for the pain. Then call for a appoitment to be told its only a ear you can wait and if you go somewhere else the doctor will charge you. But wait there is also Lupus and Chiari Malformation as you are aware so its not onlya ear infection which has allready traveled down my face to my neck. I know I will sit here crying in pain waiting for my doctor to see me on her cancelled app Wednesday!!! Sorry my life is more important than a 37$ fee!!! Shameful every pt is just a $ figure now. What ever happened to passion for the medical field? What ever happened to family doctors looking after their patients? I do not recommend this clinic. And just a FYI if you write a bad reviee the doctor will drop you as a patient without even trying to rectify the issue just saying you are abusive. Not even checking for mental health or anything else. Now I am removing my entire family from Dr. CHADWICKS PRATICE. Very unprofessional.
Dr. SIU ..Try to get ADHD Meds referred to specialist. Pain meds referred to new Doctor. Try to get off work due to health problems for 2 weeks referred to psychologist. Did not ask any questions about personal, family, or life situations. This guy can't do anything without a specialist. My friends Doctors take care of these issues. No wonder the health care system is crumbling.
Can never get ahold of doctors office!! Took two weeks for them to fax the pharmacy back for my meds. The reception lady is absolutely rude, ignorant. This office used to be great. What happen?
I have been calling this office for more than 2 months and they have not reach out to me and my family. i am wondering if Dr. Siu is still working with this team?
Dr. Prodger is to be commended for his professionalism, accommodating requests and attentiveness to my family’s healthcare needs. In times of scarcity to find a great physician, we were fortunate to become his patients. I appreciate his promptness in addressing the issues with the one particular receptionist. There is an obvious and noticeable improvement in the behaviour of the office staff. I was surprised by the personable, friendly, competent and receptive attitude in which they responded to my phone calls. I am most grateful for the positive interaction and thank you all for your service.
So disappointed with this clinic! My father needs a family doctor and I was told new physicians were coming to Thorold. I went in APRIL and added his name to the list. I tried calling a few times June/July no response, I was speaking to a gentleman last night who indicated after coming to the country in July his family of 6 were accepted my father has lived in the area 55 years! I spoke to different people at the office and no return call was received. Absolutely disgusting!
I’d stay far away from Dr. Siu and his team, they’re not professional at all with their patients. My mother had a hard time trying to set up an appointment with them and the doctor didn’t take my mother serious for her concern, very useless.
Clean office. Spacious. The nurse there who weighs our baby is kind and informative. The front desk staff are polite and have always been friendly. The wait times are normal; yes, they're long, but that's all around the country with our healthcare. My doctor, Dr.Brian Siu, has answered most of my concerns and treated us promptly. Also, because of him, we were able to spead up our fertility treatments and have our amazing little boy. I can't thank him enough. The other doctors I've seen there via the clinic have been kind.

Great Doctors and friendly Staff Great clinic. Wait times are never too excessive. Have gone here for about a year now Dr Qamar Ali is our Doctor and he is very friendly and professional. The receptionist/assistant is also helpful and friendly. for anyone that needs fast care I would highly recommend this walk in clinic.
