Cant give 0 stars. Worst doctor i have ever ever met. Absolutely useless lazy, she does not care one bit about her patients.
This clinic is an absolute joke. If I could give zero stars I would. I was in desperate need of a Doctor but I regret every experience I've had here From dealing with being put on hold by the receptionist without even being asked anything, terrible customer service. To a horrible experience with my pap test Dr.sadek laughed at me To my worst experience when I lost my brother and my depression got the best of me and Dr sadek looked at me and said your a beautiful girl you have nothing to be sad about! She never helped anyway a rude women. Absolutely disgusting. Ive been traumized by this Doctor. The last time I was in there I'd had enough .. I lost my mind i could help it she made me feel crazy. I was so upset. I asked if they needed anything from me for my files to be transferred to someone new she said no, have there office contact mine. Great see you never again... fast forward a couple years .. I have move to a new location and finally found a new doctor I called the peace clinic today as they asked for $40 cash to transfer my file .. which whatever I'll pay more to never see Dr sadek again but I don't live in the area. So they want me to send a cheque.. I asked for a recipe and they said I don't know possibly by mail. Possibly is not an answer atleast not good enough for me. None of these people know how to do their job. Even the simplest job their. I beg you !!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE and Dr SADEK. THEY MAKE YOU SICK THEY DONT HELP HEAL.
I had to call on behalf of my mother about booking an appointment but no one picks up the phone after 4pm and site says open till 5pm. Voice-mail is an old msg about Christmas closing days and times and states not to leave a msg.
I've had tonsil stones for OVER 2YEARS. Sadek keeps telling me to take Advil. It's to the point I'm in so much pain asking to see a specialist and she still refuses to send me to get them looked at! I try not to go to her if i can. I get put on hold too long. Got hung up on while on hold Dr. Sadek doesn't review your chart. Calls to tell you to come in you go in the same day and they askwhy you're here when you say " you called me to come in" they have no idea. Receptionist are lovely. Waiting room too small. My mom pushed for a test and she wouldn't listen till my mom insisted she still didn't want my mother to go for test. My mom ended up with cancer that could've been prevented.
Doctor Sedak does not listen. A family member is in dire need of therapy and was simply brushed off because she was on ohip, sedak did nothing. Did not try to find a therapist or psychiatrist who would take ohip, make suggestions, check her meds, absolutely nothing. She brushes off issues, has no memory of anything she does in the clinic. I am honestly furious.
Worst doctor ever , do your self a favor and find somewhere else, I would rather have no doctor then go to this clinic. doctor Sadek is the worst part
We've never had a problem! You call and are in the same day or within a few. Everyone has always been so kind and thoughtful, highly recommend
Clinic is managed very unprofesional Dr. Don't study your case before meeting the patient. You might need to tell and show list of med they prescribed to you in your last visit. Isn't there a computer with all your records? If you are been send for a check up, to a lab, xray etc you will need to explain where and when so the doctor can start lerning your case and at that moment the follow up procedure may start. Even when my last visit was there 5 day ago. Not recomened
Am a complicated patient. Dr Hanna is compassionate and thorough. Refers me to the necessary specialists when needed. Have had him as my doctor for over 10 years, and highly recommend him.
Best one I've been too never long waits if you go in the time. and doctors actually care and don't make you feel dumb or awkward like some places.
