I WON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THOMPSON AGAIN: My Husband and son both went in for metatarsal shoes spending almost $300. They never measured my husband so he left with a 10.5 shoe.  The very next day my husband wore his shoes to work.  Within an hour he texted to say his foot was numb.  I instantly called Thompson. I wanted to exchange for a wide.  He cautioned me that they needed to be in perfect condition. My husband quickly changed into his old boots.  The next day at the store AFTER MEASURING his foot we find he is actually a 10 wide BUT they couldn't give full exchange because his shoes were worn.  Now I am stuck trying to sell these shoes so I can buy the correct size at LEDERMAN'S
