Brent Trinder - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mark has been amazing since day one. When we moved to Niagara Falls he has helped us with renters insurance, and just recently into house insurance for our first house. His service is second to none! Even when we were paying only $13/month Mark knew our names, our jobs, who we are, and where we are in life. With this office you are NOT just a number. To top it off they are always fast, responsive, and up front with everything they do. When we bought our first house we had no idea how many things would be on the 'to do' list. Mark and State Farm were the one thing on the list that went smoothly. He communicated with our lawyer and was always one step ahead of us, completing tasks before we even knew they were needed. Honestly, we didn't even shop around because from day one at $13 for renters insurance we knew that there would be no better customer service out there. They earned my money, and my trust.

Brent has always treated us like family. We are so thankful for the attention he and his staff always give us terrific service. We also appreciate that Brent and his staff have a 24 hour emergency service that allowed us to meet our needs. We always speak to a live representative, have access to our policies online, and feel like we are totally covered.
