I had the cappuccino. My only critique about it is that it was made scorching hot, so I had to wait for at least 10 minutes to drink it. The texture was not as smooth as I would normally expect from other coffee shops I've been to. Having said that, I still enjoyed my drink afterwards. Their pastry was really good, and the staff was friendly. The place has a chill vibe.
Very nice place. Great location in the heart of the Corydon area. Latte was made very well. Food choices are a little lacking unfortunately.
Needed some caffeine so stopped in here to grab something iced with a kick.nThe wooden ceiling makes the space feel warm and inviting. Groups were seated and enjoying the nice summer day on Corydon.nDecided on an iced Americano and it cost me $3.36, not bad at all. Was made quickly and served with a smile. Added some cream and natural sugar.nAs I sat outside three more groups arrived, making this an obvious choice for getting together with family and friends.nThere is seating inside for about 30 people and outdoor seating for four people at two tables. They just opened last September and you can clearly see it's a staple for those in the area to meet up and enjoy a nice time.nThey also serve alcohol and have a Happy Hour.
It’s such a beautiful space. There’s a weird energy here… can’t put my finger on it. Pretension? People don’t really smile much. Is everyone here too cool to be nice or smile? ‍nnService is ok. Quite unfriendly compared to what I’m used to. Not rude, cold maybe, distanced. Disinterested maybe. They seem competent at their jobs but not so much with human interaction.nnCould this be the product of covid isolation or youth online/social media usage? Lack of social skills? ‍nnI’d defo come more if the vibe was better.
Whenever I am here, it is typically to study. However, I frequently encounter difficulties with the Wi-Fi, which rarely functions properly for me.nAdditionally, the music can be somewhat loud at times, so I recommend bringing your own headphones. I particularly enjoy their drinks, especially the mocha, and I would visit more often. However, the unreliable Wi-Fi discourages me.
