The service was terrible. It took the server 30 minutes just to get basic drinks. She took forever to take order. When the food finally came, it was really bland. It had no flavor, and the chickpea was definitely undercooked and hard. It made me sick. I tried the lasagna as well and it was not good at all. Do not recommend going here.

Upon arrival, I waited over five minutes at the entrance before anyone noticed I was there to be seated. Not a great first impression.nnTo start, I ordered a $13 smoothie, expecting a generous serving for that price. Instead, I was given a cup that was barely the size of a medium coffee. For my meal, I went with the maple caramel French toast, something I’ve enjoyed at another location before. The server suggested adding a side of bacon, so I agreed without thinking much of it.nnThe French toast was extremely dry and came with hardly any syrup. The little syrup it did have was acrid and tasted horrible. When I asked for more syrup, it was clear it was made in-house, but it tasted just as bad.nnThe bacon was another letdown. For an additional $8 this made me shriek when I got the bill, I received four small strips that were so overcooked they shattered like glass. When I requested a replacement, the new batch came out slightly less crispy but dripping in grease. To top it off, the “side of fruit” consisted of thawed frozen blueberries that looked like they came straight from a grocery store freezer. If you’re advertising fruit as a side, it should be fresh, not frozen.nnThis experience reminded me why I rarely visit this chain anymore.
Came in with my family today for breakfast Joann was our server, asked her for some recommendations and she recommended the chorizo hash. She said it was a “staff favourite” and it did not disappoint. Loved it. She was very attentive, never had to ask for a coffee refill. Great service, we will be back.
The service was so slow, took an hour to get drinks. The food was terrible, I ordered the lasagna and it was so watery and there was no flavour at all, the Caesar salad was dry, barely any dressing and just five croutons. The servers kept ignoring whenever called to order, overall terrible service and will never go back. Spent over $45 for a terrible meal, and terrible service. Not worth it at all.
