I've experienced nothing but exceptional service from Thirst First. I've had the pleasure of working with Steven as our account manager who has always been very responsive to every request no matter how small. Any service requests are addressed in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to our office. In addition, Steven is always proactive to ensure our inventory is adapted to our changing needs, including the introduction of alternatives when an opportunity exists. As an office manager, I have been very happy working with Thirst First as they make my work much easier and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for coffee refreshment services!
Called to report a broken machine 3 times over a 5 month period with no action, response, explanation or repair. Poor customer service. Machine is still out of order.
Not sure how good your coffee tastes but I know for a fact that your drivers are definitely not the nicest on the road. One of your guys big build, very bearded really needs to understand the fact that safety is first in a huge intersection like Shell and Alderbridge in Richmond. He might be in a rush to grab lunch or something as it happened right at noon today, but there is no need to honk 5-6 times at a left turn just because the 3 cars in front haven’t made turns due to lack of visibility. Many companies forget your employees on the road are mobile representation on the move and road rage like this certainly looks bad regarding the quality of your team. Management may or may not care but his actions today was pretty unnecessary. License plate RG-4871
Thirst First continues to be a dependable and committed company for our office to use. They are fantastic with their efficiency, product supplies, guidance on what to order, and delivery. They also have excellent customer service skills and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is set up and completed on time and properly. Most recently our office ordered Personal Protective Equipment from them and were very pleased.
Fantastic team to work with! Always quick to answer emails and very accommodating with any of our requests. Steven has such a positive energy! Our CSR, Sarah is so friendly, fun and amazing to work with. I always look forward to delivery days so I get to see her, she brings a great energy to our office every week. We have had nothing short of an awesome experience with Thirst First and we look forward to many more great times! :
Getting an opportunity to work at Thirst First has been fantastic! Great company! Great work life balance - Great environment to work in, and great coworkers, Executive staff is also very helpful and approachable. Wonderful employee recognition and everyone who works here is passionate about what they do. The Management has been particularly great with the level of autonomy that they instill in their culture. Leadership listens to new ideas and is always interested in learning from its employees.
The team at Thirst First is fantastic! So easy to work with and flexible when coming up with the perfect solutions for our office as we set back up again after Covid closures. Setting up service and orders is super simple and they carry a great range of products and machines. We were looking for a lot of eco friendly and sustainable options at a good price which is why we decided to go with Thirst First. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to take the hassle out of setting up office coffee services!
Thirstfirst, and our account rep, have been a first class operation and company to deal with – very responsive, whether it be repairing of machines, procedure changes to accommodate building needs, or providing cost analysis and stats for our account. Should I ever get the responsibility to manage the Facilities portfolio again, I will certainly be recommending they use ThirstFirst if they don’t have anything set up already.

Clayton and the team at ThirstFirst have been a pleasure to work with! From the start Clayton really tried to understand our office needs to ensure we got the perfect machine for everyone, which we did! Fast response time and communication is always clear. The setup was fast and efficient and there have been no issues. The team was very respectful of the covid procedures in the building.
