Boothroyd Heritage Coffee

Very nice quiet place in Cloverdale. Friends and I come several times a week and it is one of our favourites. This beautiful heritage home has been converted into a cozy cafe with delicious food. It has a small sunny garden area and a shaded front porch complete with a large old heritage tree for shade. The staff is great and bend over backwards to serve our group quickly and even brought chairs outside for us so we could all sit. There is a variety of indoor seating to suit groups, will be back soon

Excellent dinning experience, cozy setting space with beautiful arts on the wall. Wonderful customer service experience. Enjoyed the Egg and Cheese Bagel. I am frequent visitor here for my coffee. More options to try in here. You will love it. Enjoy

Locally roasted, Fair Trade coffee served in a cute house built in 1879. Great pastries, sandwiches and soups. This place is so much better than any other coffee shop in the area.Food: 5/5

Amazing atmosphere, large selection of breakfast and lunch options. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. A good place to drink a hot beverage and read a good book.

Food and coffee were good, service was wonderful. The only change that I would suggest is more comfortable seating. The bench room was full and seemed more comfortable with the pillows. Small cube seats are more for kids, but less comfy for adults. Kid-friendliness: Small cube seats- good for kids, not for adults.

This place is just down the road from our new place and it's pretty darn great. The heritage macchiato was great and the California bagel was delicious. The fact that this is a heritage House too adds extra character to the experience of eating here. Definitely would recommend

Never ever any parking. People stay for hours. There's no 15 minute spots to run in and zero street parking. I've never been inside always have to send someone else in, so can't give it a higher rating. Sorry... Parking: Never any parking. Leave the car at home or go elsewhere.

Its isn’t a fancy restaurant but a restored heritage home built in 1873 . The living room with a fireplace and foyer of the house gives it very spacious appearance. It has a basement too and its rented to a music school. They haVe specials like daily soup n lunch sandwich. Our bad that day the soup of the day was finished. Replacement of regular milk with soy, almond or coconut is an option available for all drinks. They have speacial like white chocolate almond mocha. There is whole stock of mighty lef steep teas. The place believes in saving the planet so they have an options to get drinks in ur own cups. There is reedespresso stuff to purchase. Fresh baked cookies and other baked items are available too. House made sandwiches were good too. I had apple chicken sandwich and my buddy got vegetarian grilled sandwich. The owner is quite friendly and accommodating but because they are low on staff so service takes little time.

My hubby and I loved finding Boothroyd Heritage Coffee! They have a great selection of warm and iced coffees and teas, as well as a delicious menu of breakfast bagels and lunch options. My husband recommends the soup! The house is cozy, but spacious and the patio seating is plenty!

Stopped in today and was served and greeted promptly. The staff were friendly and efficient, specifically the pink haired/tattooed barista. Just a wonderful experience all in all definitely recommend.
