Excellent!

My girlfriend's first time at this hospital. We received excellent service, and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It's the first time I haven't felt like just a number, as is unfortunately the case in many hospitals. Well done to everyone, and during this holiday season, despite illness, a little human warmth from the caregivers is always much appreciated. Thank you again to all.

I arrived at the hospital in the middle of the night with unbearable ear pain... the nurse told me I had an ear infection...nnI had to wait over four hours in the waiting room, suffering terribly... It's inhumane to let someone suffer like that!nnThe nurse could have written my prescription; even a pharmacist could have done it...
