Very polite and professional, and everyone always has a smile on their face and can't wait to help you. Many services available also which makes it better and more efficient than the hospital. I appreciate great service like that especially from the medical community which is just not available in most hospitals and clinique's, this one should teach the others how to operate because I can't see how it could possible be better while the hospital couldn't figure out I had high colesterol and needed an artery to be replaced while a specialist found the problem in 5 minutes after looking at the Thetford Hospital's tests. In 2 years they couldn't figure it out but yet an other doctor looked at the same test results as they did and found it in 5 minutes what they couldn't find in 2 years and ended up spending a week in intensive care in Levis after a 4 hour operation. Thetford Hospital acted like it was in my head and I was wasting their time. The doctors at Kingsville would never have been so useless and make me go back 7 or 8 times in 2 years for nothing.
