"Theta is more of a human health and optimization center than just a spa. We provide therapies that have not only been shown to have mental and physical health benefits but are also shown to improve performance and recovery. We currently offer flotation therapy, infrared sauna, traditional sauna, cold immersion vis cold plunge, and massage services. We strive to stay at the cutting edge of performance and wellness and so will continue to add modalities as scientific literature continues to show efficacy. Our goal is for you to feel the difference the second you step through our door, and to walk back out into the world feeling refreshed and ready to make the most of the rest of your time, and sometimes that means just taking it easy."
