The staff are friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We use to go to a different competitor, but once we came here we've never gone anywhere else. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs/wants information or supplies for your jacuzzi or hot tub.

I just purchased my 2nd Hot Tub from the Spa Spot in Lloydminster and the experience was a relaxing as their products. Brendon was kind and courteous walking my fiance and all through all the types and features of their amazing tubs! Highly recommended to anyone getting a new tub!!!

We bought Maax tub a year ago from Kyle and couldn't be more pleased. He explained every feature and even let us demo it after hours to make sure we were choosing the right tub. The service crew was very pleasant and helpful, they even helped move a swing set and trampoline. Candace is always happy to answer my questions or quickly send me out some chemicals or filter when I forget that I'm out. Thanks folks!

March 3 ,2017 The Spa Spot repair man Dallas changed out mother board on the Hot Tub ! Dallas did an excellent job & answered all questions, it was a pleasure doing business with the spa spot !!!
