ThedaCare Physicians - Darboy

I've gone here multiple times and experienced a few doctors and everyone is wonderful. Very pleased with this location.

Overall experience was okay. I was 10min early for my daughter's appointment and still ended up waiting for another 25min to see the doctor. No big deal, I didn't mind the wait. The nurse was really sweet and helpful but I just feel rushed through her check up.

Rebecca is one of the rudest receptionists I have ever spoken with, and that's saying something. Recpetionists are the face of your company and it's sad when that's the reason people are deterred away from Theda. When I call nurse direct for an emergency you should be greeted with someone willing to help you, not complete and utter disrespect and then being hung up on. Today was the second time dealing with her, the first number I called for the office had no voicemail and no one answered(which is a common issue) so I called the other number and she proceeded to yell at me for calling the wrong office, even though it's the same building, and as I was explaining why she forwarded me to someone else, but at least I wasn't hung up on this time. So unprofessional and rude, don't take a customer service position if you can't even be nice long enough to take a call.

We have nothing but issues with billing. Have not had positive experience with Drs either. Our simple health issues have not been treated properly which has ended up costing us way more money than it should.
