KIDTROPOLIS is an educational entertainment experience that offers an authentic and powerful developmental experience. KIDTROPOLIS provides children, families and caregivers a safe, unique and very realistic educational environment which allows kids to do what comes naturally to them: role-playing! Our target is to provide entertainment experiences in a family focused environment. We strive to serve our market with professional staff committed to providing each visitor with a first class, high quality entertainment experience. Our goal is to become an integral part of the community and to cherish our role as a gathering place where fun, laughter and happy memories with friends and family are the primary focus.

This place is amazing we went there, and there was a bunch for school kids there already. They have a huge slide, which is quite fast and the kids love it. They have small stations/ rooms where the kids could explore different careers. Firefighter, dentist, news reporter, vet, nail saloon, grocery store, 911 and a jail, fresh slice pizza eating place, gas station, airplane, school, theatre, hospital, and a couple more... The kids had an awesome time there, going from one station to another, and some were driving around the small police cars which u have to use your feet to move forward. I would recommend this place anytime. It's awesome for younger kids, not so much for the older ones.
First time going here and we'll definitely be back! My kids are relentless and we were the first ones in the door and stayed until closing. I'll sleep good tonight! 7 solid hours of playing with my kids was priceless. I loved watching other parents interacting with their kiddos through play too! Those memories are priceless. The staff were friendly and kept the mini city clean, constantly bringing toys back to where they belong and tidying up buildings for other kids to enjoy. I'm looking forward to our next adventure at Kidtropolis!
Good amount of space. Ideal for toddlers and above with imaginative play. They have a 10 admission package for $200. One adult admission included with one child price. Additional adults extra. Stroller friendly and ample space. Their food prices are also fair.
A very good pretend play place for kids over 2 years and very stable on their feet already - not for younger kids. My kid loved this place, though he still was a bit too small for the two storied play jungle, he was excited with all the other pretend play areas all around. The cafe has decent options for both kids and adults, the private rooms a bit on tge smaller side for any parties with more than 10 people in the group. Would have given this place a 5* if only all the other rides inside were not coin operated - after paying 25$ for entry, I really don’t understand the need to pop in a loonie for a minute ride in the 3-horse carousel, or the car etc - increase the admission by 5$ and make these rides free for everyone - all the kids and the parents will appreciate it!
Awesome place to take your kiddos. Lots of things to do and the staff are pretty friendly. The Cafe is what you would expect from an indoor playground. Somewhat edible food. Lol
Great for young children, parents and grandparents. Lots of interesting play activities and educational fun things to explore. $40 for a four year old and two adults.
Came here to try “breakfast with Santa”, the place is so cute and really kids friendly. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. My daughter had a great time. Will definitely be back in the near future!
This place is wild, fun, chaotic, and exactly what every kid needs!! The price is amazing at only 22$ and change for an adult and a child - March 2022 I think it is likely the most reasonable place you could take your child for the value! Aside from a free park of course. Nuzzled away in the warehouse area of Richmond, as soon as you get into Kidtroplois, you forget the big outside world. Parking is a bit sparse. A lot of spaces are labeled for other businesses. We fluked out that someone pulled out at rhe front about 5 mins of us searching for a spot. Maybe there is another area of parking that we didnt find ? ...one thing we were extremely unimpressed with, but I will not let that change my 5/5 rating, is the food !! Yuck!! Fries and chicken strips...is a definite no.
Great experience like usual. I went during the week and did a walk in. Tuesday price for 2 kids and adult was $18 which is very reasonable. Kids loved the paly stations and the slide alot. Make sure to bring change like loonies and quarters and toonies as they have vending machines with toys and treats for kids. The food area had alot of good snacks so you can have lunch or a snack there. Very open area and not to crowded which was nice. Will be coming again for sure.
Walked over from the Hilton about a 20min walk and found it to be a decent little hang out. The staff was mostly friendly but seemed to be training a new front desk person. The place in general has a cool layout but could be a bit more clean…dust l and cobwebs in areas that clearly aren’t used… would we go back again, probably not but decent to check out once.
