What you would expect at a kids fun place. When I was young, I used to go here all the time with my parents I let my children run free here while I go shopping with my wife of 5 years. Here is home to the some of the best staff ever. They're reasonable, rational and approachable, As well as being very friendly! I saw a staff member take care of a troubling customer in a very professional manner. So I have first hand experience at looking at their skills. The area overall was clean enough for me to be satisfied. Would come back again and give me and my wife a good 2 hour break from our kids! I love them, don't worry!
Wonderful place to bring kids in! Only 20$ per kid for an entire day of play, much better rate than most other places. Staff is kind and friendly, and the manager was very helpful in helping me book a party for my child! I even heard one customer swear and threaten the manager and she was very professional and calm I would not have. Highly recommend!
Amazing daycare, staff and owner. My daughters absolutely loved this place. They both were there for 3 years. Lori the owner is so easy to deal with and the girls loved her. I definitely recommend this place
This place is a Scam + Worst Worst Service Ever‼ I brought 3 children to play and told me that the 5 times pass card I purchased before will not be available for use from January 1, 2023! They said it's because the internal staff stole the cards and sold them outside. Also there is no expiry date written on the card. Lastly the year of purchase is not written on the card. I would like to ask are these all customer’s responsibility? These are Fun 4 Kidz internal management issues! I bought the card with real money, why should we, the customers, be held accountable? ! Also I was just here a month ago on November 25, 2022, and your staff didn't tell me that this card will be invalid from 2023.
My granddaughter's party was there Nov 23rd, and we all had a great time. I think the Adults had more fun than the kids. The rental of the place fantastic Price.
I wish i could give no star to this facility. The rudest person I've ever met at the front desk. the worst part was she said she was the manager- the place is filthy, ripped mats with all shoes print and dust on it. They are not following their own policies and regulations as the girl said she had no idea who put the sign in todler section. If you care about your kids health and safty issue check the place first before you go in.
Dirty. Of all the indoor play centres I've been to go bananas, castle royal, 365 fundays etc.. this one is the dirtiest. I asked the front if the place gets cleaned every night, they said no it doesn't. Today is Saturday and we got here at 11am, they opened at 10am, and there were only 2 other kids here. The main play area has dirt, dust, and shoe marks all over even though it's supposed to be socks only. I noticed this when I saw my kids 1 and 3 rolling their face on the ground and seeing hair and dust stuck to their face. I am not easily disgusted as I love the outdoors and getting dirty, but this is unacceptable for an indoor space for kids and toddlers. The kids are having fun regardless. This is an indoor play area with an outdoor feel in regards to the amount of dirt and dust. The toddler area is even worse as most of the padding has ripped and you can see kids ripping out the inside foam. You are lucky when you come on a day that it has been cleaned I guess. Thank you for reading my 1st ever negative review.
A well-sized playcentre that has quite a few areas to explore. We went on the green slide and the set of 3 pink slides. They were both pretty fast, particularly the pink ones. Great for older kids! The maze area is quite dark but this may be intentional. Quite a few of the equipment and different parts of the play structure is in need of updating - soft foam balls in the ball cannon area and steps going up the structure were the ones that stood out the most. There is no washroom inside but there are some conveniently located in the food court so this isn't a huge issue. The toddler area is quite small - there is only a slide, a small tunnel, a few animal toys, and a few wall games. Would definitely recommend this place for the kids 5 years and older - they will sure have a blast! For the ones under 5, I would say it will be a hit or miss, depending on what they enjoy playing with. Mine only enjoys slides but the slides were way too fast for them.
Do not go there, Staff is rude. There is nothing for toddlers, you are better at public park.
This place is a scam. In the food court right next to Fun4kidz, they have 4 small rides 3 are not working. They give you refund as if they were expecting it every time. Very sneaky that they're not putting any signs, collecting kids bloody loonies
