Delicious food with a ton of options for hamburgers. If you like hamburgers you are bound to find something you enjoy. The Fries are bottomless with your burger, big plus for me. The onion rings are delicious and presented in such a fun way! They serve drinks in 2L measuring cups to top it off. Great music and atmosphere. I will definitely be back to this location.

Like they advertise, it's for sure an unique burger place. The choice and taste were excellent. The ambiance is very different. Themed, construction place, more an electrical room! Lots of funny signs and notes everywhere. Vegetarian options: Two options for patties - beyond meat and halal option. Super great dining experience with themed decor and seasonal decorations. I love building my custom burgers here and they’re always willing to make whatever weird combos I come up with. I recently placed an order ron UberEATS. The works has always been my favourite burger place in town. Not after this meal. Now I admit, I had 3 substitutions, stuff like switching the types of cheese. But when my order arrived cold, I was still willing to eat it. Might not have been their fault for delivery time. I opened my get baked poutine and although I asked for no gravy I subbed jalepenos which also did not come, they also took it upon themselves to forget the cheese. I sighed and moved onto the burger, I had ordered the tragically maple. It's in the name, but there was no maple bacon jam on my burger. Not only that but instead of 3 pieces of bacon, as stated on the menu, there were 2 tiny ones. The burger was completely burnt on the outside while the inside was still so pink. I know the works typically cooks thier burgers to a medium pink inside, but this was black and overcooked on the outside and pink and severely undercooked on the inside. It's safe to say this has completely ruined my love for the restaurant which is so disappointing.

Really good burger mini chain they have they have an interesting burger selection . it’s really good for a mini burger chained restaurant it’s like a step up from hero burger . Good customer service staff is friendly . They give you a lot of fries which is good . Overall an enjoyable experience .

If you enjoy the frozen bun, semi warm soggy broccoli, and same thing about burger this is a place to be. Presented it to the manager that was on site. Was offered to remove the charge for free burger. It sucks because I'm local and this isn't first time it happens to me at this location. Response to an answer, yes a week prior meal was amazing. The night I left review no. And negative. I gave her half of my frozen burger bun back and she took it along with the soggy broccoli. I was only seeing by a waiter after 15 minutes of eating the meal consider the thre place was empty and when you hungry you'll eat some. The kid burger wasn't finished as well.

Good burgers but service is very poor. We've been twice, both times weeknights around 6. Place was not very full, almost empty. They only had one waitress. Took 25 min for us to get our drinks. 4 of us. The fifth person didn't get drink until 5 minutes after entrees came. Burgers took 40 min. At that point we were told our appetizer was sold out. Odd that we weren't told sooner. But then just as we were finishing our dinner the waitress came out with the appetizer. I actually felt bad for her. But I can not go back after that.

My partner and I enjoyed a good dinner last night, although they were busy there was good service, food came out at a reasonable time. They also has Halloween candy! Great service and good music. Lights are a bit bright but our server kindly dimmed them for us. Would recoment going during the week for a more quiet experience. Vegetarian options: Had multiple vegan/vegetation options Dietary restrictions: I saw Gluten and Halal options

We were there late evening as all patios we packed but we still ended up ordering a take out. Burgers were juicy and tasty. But their menu is very messy and hard to come to conclusion to order without any help. Lucky manager was kind and knowledgeable to help us through. Craft burgers are way to go. Two thumbs up.

The staff is very nice, the place wasn't packed on the day I visited. The food was very good. I would reccomend building your own burger.Food: 4/5
