Its a okay place to study / work but the sound the machines make and background music can make it difficult to stay for longer or for calls. Have free WiFi and plugs. Staff are nice and helpful. Food is okay but I feel a bit catfished from the photo to end product.
Nice place to grab a lunch while out on my visits. Free WiFi, nice chilled atmosphere, could do with bigger cushions on the bench seatingFood: 5/5
We've been here a few times. Their Sunday Roast is amazing. Best potatoes i've ever had. Can't believe we've only just discovered this Gem.Recommended dishesSunday RoastParking spacePlenty of parkingParking optionsFree street parking
No opening times on their website and the opening times on Google are incorrect. Got there on a Saturday at 10:30, the opening hours at the doors are also incorrect as the Café was closed.
Great interior and comfy atmosphere, however, the one caveat is that the waiting times are extremely long for some of the dishes served. I waited about an hour for my waffles to be made and served even though the café wasn't all that full during my sit-in. All in all, the café is good place to go!Food: 5/5
If I could put no stars I would! Abysmal service, server basically threw our plates on the table. Dreadful attitude. Gave us 2 sets of filthy cutlery. Staff laughed at us when we asked for more clean cutlery. Food took 50+ mins to arrive, all came at different times and was stone cold. Toast was soggy as if it was made yesterday. Tissue stuck to the back of the toast. Seemed as if it was too much hassle for a cafe to cook food. £8 and 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back.
The food was unreal - not kidding, the Salmon Avo dish I had was so good. It is a cozy atmosphere but the staff did make us feel a little bit awkward as they didn't have multiple things on the menu we asked about and it was odd being told to bring our dishes back up to the front counter.
Cosy place, lovely people, freshly made delicious waffles - and they happily adapted to meal requests - and good coffee! Really enjoyed the easygoing vibe and the space and look forward to trying more of their menu! They're also dog friendly!
Food is loverly and fresh nothing frozen but small portions and quite pricey 2 small sausages 2 rash of bacon small scoop of beans 1 egg and hash brown will cost you £9:50 and if you want toast another 80p on top
I had a waffle with berries. It was extremely bad. Taking into consideration we were the only customers, we waited for 30 minutes for the waffle to be ready and when it finally got to our table it was dry and burnt. The fruit was old and soggy and although it comes with chocolate there was barely any on there! There were 3 staff members yet the service was so slow. When the knife and fork finally came they were dirty and I had to clean them myself. Wouldn't recommend! The waffle is more worth £1 than £7.90!
