The Wingery

Staff was extremely rude to me. I was ordering online and I had planned on ordering it for delivery and changed my mind last minute to pick it up in store. He was angry that I put an address for delivery when I said I'd pick it up. He brought my order out and instead of handing it to me, he left it on the counter and continued to berate me in front of the other customers. I will never return. Wings were fine I guess, nothing special.. but I know every other restaurant will treat me much nicer than this establishment and have better food. Never ever recommending.

Terrible customer service and filthy! Had gone a while back and the guy basically called me a liar for not asking for ranch with the breaded dill pickles when I specifically said it on the phone. Decided to give it another try recently, ordered a chicken burger online which the menu said comes with lettuce and tomatoes, I asked for just lettuce. When I got there he gave me grief over putting lettuce on the burger and that it's cheap enough and lettuce costs him money so he should be charging extra..?? Not to mention it was filthy inside.. Chicken wings and cans on the floor and the last time there was actually a dog turd on the floor! This place has gone so downhill with the change of ownership and I won't be surprised when it closes down. Never again!

I ordered online on a slow Tuesday evening. When I went to pick them up, it was a bit of an unusual customer service experience (the guy gave me a bit of a hard time for being 15 minutes late vs. when I ordered them to be ready for, but I got the impression that he was joking). So I agree with other reviewers that the place has changed and probably for the worse. But, bottom line, the wings were good and I will probably return - when I feel like splurging, they are not cheap!

Wings are average but customer service is the worst I've experienced at a wing place. The place is dirty not sure why it remains open. Food and cans all over the floor in the kitchen. I ordered the wrong food and made a call to change the order and the person on the other line started to yell at me. After reading other comments other customers have experienced similar circumstances.

I hope the owner sees these comments. But like everyone has said. The place use to be a lot better. The food can still be good sometimes. But good God that one light skin dude who doesn't know anything about customer service is just running the place into the ground. He answers the phone with a simple hello. Not a hi this is the wingery. But a hello and expects you to just figure it out. He always forgets something small In the order but that ends up ruining the whole meal. It's just that 1 dude they've hired that's really run the place into the ground, even the debit machine is just caked in grease, I can't imagine how the back looks now. They use to have great staff. But maybe they don't wanna pay for all those employees. Anyways Screw that manager, he's seriously terrible at the simplest aspects of his job, And screw whoever isn't checking in on this goldmine
